![]() The CEO seems to have great vision, but anyone directly below him tends to treat people as expendable resources. People are touted as the priority, but simply are not, when push comes to shove the business side makes the decision, even if it is not consistent or correct. The policy is looks to be written in favor of assisting the employee, but management tends to abuse it to anything but that in many cases. ![]() The business overrides HR even when they're clearly in the wrong, Directors may act as poorly as they wish to employees, almost without any type of repercussions, the C-Level Management seems to be complicit in that behavior. A typical workday was not bad at all, you came in on time, worked in a professional environment to accomplish some good in your corner of the world, but policy restricts us from making any real positive change, unlike most organizations.
